Today on the joyous occasion of The Birth Anniversary of Our Fourth King, Jigme Singay Wangchuck, Jungshina Primary School extended warm wishes to His Majesty on his 68th birthday. Coinciding with this occasion, we organized a learning fair.
The program began with the flag hoisting and the lighting of butter lamps by the principal, expressing our collective hope for the long life of our king. Students and teachers together danced on the theme song, followed by engaging performances and lozay .
Mean while, students and teachers explored learning fair gallery exhibited subject-wise. Each student took turns explaining and presenting their models and artworks, creating an enriching learning experience.
The program concluded with Tashi Lebay, followed by samday and suja for all staff and students.
Then, to our surprise ,we received -Three Cakes- from His Majesty. We were blessed beyond words to receive such a surprise. And all the students and teachers came together once again to wish “Happy Birthday” to our king.
