Jungshina Primary School Successfully Conducts the Second Parent-Teacher Meeting

Jungshina Primary School successfully conducted its Second Parent-Teacher Meeting (PTM) on 25th July 2026, bringing together parents, teachers, and the school management to strengthen the partnership between home and school in supporting every child’s learning and wellbeing.

To ensure the comfort of all participants during the hot weather, parents first assembled in their respective classrooms while the school management addressed them through a Google Meet session. With every classroom equipped with an interactive board, parents were able to participate comfortably in the online meeting from their children’s classrooms.

The management team conducted a two-hour session focusing on key areas of school life. The discussion highlighted the school’s discipline policy, student wellbeing, the importance of preventing bullying in all its forms, and raising awareness about the dangers of substance abuse. Parents were encouraged to work closely with the school in fostering a safe, respectful, and supportive learning environment for every child.

During the session, the Academic Head also announced the mid-term examination results and shared updates on students’ academic performance. Parents were encouraged to continue supporting their children through regular study routines and positive learning habits at home.

The online management session was highly successful, thanks to the school’s interactive classroom technology. Parents expressed positive feedback and appreciated the innovative approach, which allowed everyone to participate comfortably despite the warm weather.

Following the management session, parents met individually with their children’s class teachers. These discussions focused on each student’s academic progress, strengths, areas for improvement, homework expectations, learning time at home, and the importance of developing daily reading habits. Teachers and parents engaged in meaningful conversations, sharing ideas and strategies to support every child’s overall development.

The Second Parent-Teacher Meeting concluded successfully with a renewed commitment from both parents and teachers to work together in nurturing responsible, confident, and successful learners.
